To get your tour booked, please complete our "Booking Contract". We'll be in touch shortly after to confirm. Before your tour date, each member in your group must also complete the "Participant Liability Waiver".
TO GET STARTED
We use DocHub for easy online signature collection. To complete the forms, please follow the below steps:
- Visit DocHub.com and click Login.
- Select which login option you'd like.
The Google and Dropbox options will automatically take you through the steps to create a new account if you don't already have one. If you select email address, in the next window, you'll need to click "Sign Up Now" under the sign in box.
- If new, you'll need to follow the prompts to confirm the account.
- Once logged in, click on the button below for the form you would like.
- Click "Fill A Copy" in the top right hand corner.
- Keep "Fill A Copy" toggled in the new window and click the "Fill Copy" button to proceed.
- Check the "I Agree" box and click the "Let's Do This!" button.
- Complete the required sections and then click "Finalize" in the top right corner when complete.
In order to secure your tour date, a $250 non-refundable deposit must be received. In your contract you can select if you'd like to pay by credit card or check.
If paying by credit card
Valid credit card details must be entered in your online contract. Most payments will be processed within 3-5 business days. All information is sent through a secure server and is private.
If paying by check
Checks must be received at least 14 days prior to the date of your tour. Checks can be mailed to:
